Axor One has plane surfaces, rounded edges, and an integrated mechanical interface. It consolidates many individual controls into one simple element. According to Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby, “it streamlines both the look and functionality of the bathroom”. The possibility to simultaneously turn multiple water outlets on or off with the back of the hand or the elbow makes it a convenient and engaging piece that can enhance the shower experience.

Temperature is set by turning the central dial while a small lever directly below regulates water volume. This is regulated by a concealed thermostat.

The Eco Mode reduces water consumption up to 50 percent. The flow of water is activated and deactivated by tapping of the paddles while clear symbols indicate the specific water outlets that the user can choose from. This unification of water outlet activation, water volume regulation, and temperature control, gives a sleek form to a structured function.

The refined proportions, sculpted form and accurate detailing enables it to merge seamlessly with any bathroom environment while its variety of special finishes, ranging from subdued chrome to a bold red-gold, allows users to select one that can stand out in their bathroom setting.
